Proha Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin April 15, 2004 at 8.30 a.m. DECISIONS OF PROHA BOARD OF DIRECTORS In its first meeting on April 14, 2004, the newly elected Proha Board of Directors decided not to exercise the right granted by the Annual General Meeting to issue the maximum of 850.000 option rights to be offered to certain key employees of Proha Group and is considering the continuation of the option program based on the authorization to increase the Company's share capital at a later stage.
