THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF PROHA PLC HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER The total of 850 new Proha shares issued to the new key personnel of Proha Plc and the 57,037 shares subscribed by PCA Corporate Finance Oy on the basis of option right have been entered into the Trade Register on October 10, 2000. The Board of Directors accepted the subscriptions in its meetings on August, 7, 2000, and October 2, 2000. After the registration the share capital of Proha Plc is EUR 12,634,841.70 and the number of shares 9,719,109.
