INFORMATION ON OPUS360 CORPORATION'S SECOND QUARTER REPORT Opus360 has reported its financial results for the first half of 2001. The revenue for the six month period ended June 30, 2001 totaled USD 1.7 million, compared to USD 3.3 million for the same period in 2000. Reported net loss for the period was USD -54.5 million (USD -45.0 million same period 2000). Net loss per share was USD -1.10 (USD -1.48). Gross margin was 53% (64%). The Company's cash position at the end of the second quarter was USD 15.6 million. The information represents the stand-alone operations of Opus360 prior to its combination with Artemis International Corporation. The pro forma financial information for the combined entity of Opus360 and Artemis will be published within the next 60 days. The combination and restructuring process of Opus360 and Artemis has advanced according to the plan. Proha Plc will publish its own interim report on August 16, 2001. On July 31,2001 Proha and US-based Opus360 Corporation implemented the first step of the share exchange agreement signed in April.
