Proha Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin July 7, 2000 at 10.35 am INTERIM REPORT OF PROHA PLC TO BE PUBLISHED ALREADY AUGUST 8, 2000 Deviating from the earlier notice, Proha Plc will publish its interim report for January-June already on August 8, 2000. The interim report is published earlier due to the implementation schedule of the purchase of Artemis Management Systems. Interim report for January-September will be published on November 16, 2000 as was earlier announced. Proha is a fast growing and profitable Finnish IT services company that concentrates on management in the Internet age. The key business areas are Project Management, Financial Management and Internet Technologies. After the acquisition of Artemis Management Systems, Proha Group employs 440 people and operates in 27 countries. The pro forma net turnover of Proha Group including Artemis was about FIM 390 million in 1999. Over 3/4 of the net turnover originates from abroad. After expanding to USA, Great Britain, and Japan with the purchase of Artemis, Proha is continuing negotiations to further strengthen its position in Middle-Europe, Scandinavia and Asia.
