NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT CONCERNING CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP After the Extraordinary General Meeting of Proha Plc on December 20, 2002 approved the subscriptions of the convertible loan (the Loan) there will be changes in the ownership of Proha Plc shares. After the subscription of the Loan, Pohjola Non-Life Insurance Company Ltd's ownership of the share capital and votes attached to the Proha Plc shares will not exceed one-twentieth (1/20) unlike anticipated in the notification from November 29, 2002.
