ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENTS AT PROHA Project Management business area: Proha transfers its project management business operations in Finland to be part of its subsidiary's, Artemis Management Systems Inc's, international operative structure. The objective is to benefit from Artemis' global organization and distribution channel and to centralize and strengthen product development. Steven Yager, President and CEO of Artemis Management Systems, will be in charge of the Project Management business area world wide. He operates from Boulder, Colorado, USA. He will report to Pekka Pere, CEO of Proha Plc. Howard Magee, Senior Vice President International Operations, will be in charge of Artemis' operations outside the United States, and he operates from Slough, Great Britain. He will report to Steven Yager. Risto Saikko is appointed Country Manager of Project Management business operations in Finland. He will report to Howard Magee. As Sales Director, Saikko will, with his other duties, be responsible for sales of project management products to the banking and finance sector. Vesa Olsson (Vice President, Sales) responsible for telecommunications and IT business and Timo Saros (Vice President, Sales) responsible for construction and other industries will both report to Saikko. Olsson will also be responsible for customer service operations. Internet Technologies business area: As of January 2, 2001, Raimo Vaalasranta is appointed Vice President of the Proha Plc Internet Technologies business area. Vaalasranta will be responsible for Application Service Provider (ASP) services. He will report to CEO Pekka Pere. Financial Management business area: The CEO of Accoutor, Juha Tommila, will continue to be responsible for the Finacial Management business area as Vice President. He will report to CEO Pekka Pere.
