Proha and Elma to cooperate in electronic invoicing

PROHA AND ELMA TO COOPERATE IN ELECTRONIC INVOICING Proha Plc and Elma Oy Electronic Trading (Elma) have agreed on strategic co-operation according to which Proha will offer its customers electronic invoicing services by using Elma's electronic invoicing infrastructure. Proha will add Elma's electronic invoicing service to its own ProCountor.com and IAP (Internet Accounting Partner) services of the Financial Management business area. In addition to Finland, Electronic invoicing co-operation will, at an early stage, also cover the Nordic countries. The agreement also includes Elma's TYVI services in Finland (Automatic electronic statement transferring service to the Finnish authorities). Electronic invoicing will make Proha's ProCountor.com virtual management service a fully automated accounting and payment service in which the bookkeeping is completed as soon as the invoices are entered into the service. After the integration of Elma's TYVI service, the ProCountor.com service is so automated that a company can even leave the value added tax reports for the system to handle. Elma in a nutshell: Elma Oy Electronic Trading is an IT company specializing in Internet-based electronic commerce solutions between companies.
