Proha and manufacturing channel Europe agree on cooperation
PROHA AND MANUFACTURING CHANNEL EUROPE AGREE ON COOPERATION Proha Plc signed an agreement with Manufacturing Channel Europe Oy on offering its business management system worldwide as a part of Proha's ProCountor.Com and ASP services within the Financial Management business area. Manufacturing Channel business management system is an Internet service for manufacturing companies. Pekka Pere, President and CEO of Proha, says that the agreement complements the Financial Management product portfolio and expands the ProCountor.Com. concept to production management of manufacturing companies. "Manufacturing Channel is an extensive planning and management tool for production and logistics, which will become an important part of Proha's Financial Management services." An additional software version will be made for inventory control and materials handling only. The software is available in Finnish, Swedish, English, and Estonian. The Manufacturing Channel product won the Microsoft MCSP Challenge competition in the same year.
