Proha and Single Source agreement on sales and usage of Kronodoc Technology
PROHA AND SINGLE SOURCE MADE AN AGREEMENT ON WORLDWIDE SALES AND USAGE OF KRONODOC TECHNOLOGY AS PART OF PROHA'S ARTEMIS PRODUCTS Proha Plc and Single Source Oy signed a long-term worldwide agreement on selling Kronodoc technology globally and on development of Artemis products based on Kronodoc technology. Proha will use Kronodoc technology to enhance certain features of its products such as document management. Single Source Oy will continue to develop, sell, and distribute its products under their own brand. According to Proha's CEO, Pekka Pere, Kronodoc technology has strengths that enhance the operational features of Proha products. Artemis products based on Kronodoc technology will be launched quickly and they will have an influence on Proha's turnover already in 2001. "Document management will become more and more important in projects. We see potential especially with our major customers worldwide," says Pekka Pere. The CEO of Single Source Oy, Mikko Vuorikoski, sees this agreement as a very important opening for the widening of the markets for Single Source products. Proha offers a distribution channel to global markets through its strong clientele. The agreement also supports Single Source's profitable growth strategy because the resource demands of the cooperation are fair.
