Proha Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin June 30, 2003 at 4.00 pm PROHA DIVESTS ITS MINORITY SHARE IN TIETOKATE OY Proha Plc divests its 20% share of the Finnish accounting company Tietokate Oy. Proha acquired the minority share of Tietokate as part of its financial management business area in November 2000. Proha also relinquishes its options to acquire the entire share capital of Tietokate. The profit from the divestment has no material effect on the result of the Proha Group. In accordance with its business strategy, Proha focuses on portfolio and project management software products. In November 2002, Proha divested its subsidiary Accountor Oy, which made up the core of its financial management business. Proha's solutions help its corporate customers to carry out their strategies, allocate their resources productively and control their operative functions as profitably as possible.
