PROHA GROUP ACQUIRES THE WHOLE SHARE CAPITAL OF VIDAC OY, A PROHA GROUP COMPANY Proha Plc has agreed to purchase a 10 per cent minority share of Vidac Oy, a group company. After this trade, the Proha Group will own the whole share capital of Vidac Oy. The purchase price is FIM 144,000 and 3,000 new shares of Proha Plc. The new shares amount to approximately less than 1 per mil of the share capital of Proha Plc after the share trade. The new shares include a sales restriction, which will expire in 18 months. Vidac in a nutshell Vidac Oy concentrates on planning and implementation of DataWarehouse systems.
