Proha has made a co-operation agreement with Opuscapita oyj
PROHA HAS MADE A CO-OPERATION AGREEMENT WITH OPUSCAPITA OYJ Proha Plc has made an agreement with OpusCapita Oyj on offering OpusCapita's products world wide as a part of Proha's ASP and Internet Accounting Partners (IAP) services within the financial management business area. The agreement also covers traditional retailing. The agreement concerns OpusCapita Finance and Opus- Capita Electronic Banking products. At the same time, Proha will take OpusCapita products into its own use. Pekka Pere, CEO of Proha, says that the agreement complements the present financial management product portfolio. Proha can now offer comprehensive financial management services to its clientele globally. OpusCapita is expected to become a significant part of the financial management services. OpusCapita Oyj in a nutshell Opus Capita Oyj is a software house specialising in financial management and electronic banking applications. The company is a technology leader in its field in Finland. The key areas of Opus- Capita's product development are Treasury and Cash Management applications and electronic banking systems for companies and banks. OpusCapita software products are in use in most major corporations and thousands of other companies and public service organisations in Finland. OpusCapita was founded in 1983.
