Proha plc Board of Directors approved share subscriptions of new key personnel

Proha Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin August 9, 2000 at 3.55 pm PROHA PLC'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED THE SHARE AND OPTION SUBSCRIPTIONS OF NEW KEY PERSONNEL In its meeting on August 7,2000 the Board of Directors has decided to suspend the directed issue to new key personnel after all shares were subscribed. In the same meeting, the Board of Directors of Proha Plc approved the subscriptions. The Board of Directors of Proha Plc decided on June 16, 2000, in line with the authorisation given in the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 7, 1999, to increase the share capital by EUR 910 by offering the new key personnel 700 new Proha Plc shares for subscription as part of Proha's option programme. The subscription price of the shares in the new subscription was EUR 10.40. Each share entitles to 10 options with subscription price of EUR 8.00 per share.
