Proha Plc To Open Information System Testing Centre In Savonlinna

PROHA PLC Stock Exchange Bulletin June 7, 2000 at 1.55 pm PROHA PLC TO OPEN INFORMATION SYSTEM TESTING CENTRE IN SAVONLINNA Proha Plc will found a subsidiary in Savonlinna, that will focus on e-commerce and mobile communications systems testing and automated performance monitoring. The company will be the first one in Finland to offer outsourced information system testing services to companies on an annual contract basis. The testing will be conducted as full service according to customers' needs. Activities in Savonlinna will begin on September 1, 2000. The new company is a member of Proha's Internet Technologies business area. Within the same business area operates Proha's subsidiary Intellisoft Oy, that represents and sells Mercury Interactive's automated software testing tools in Finland. Together these two subsidiaries of Proha will form a robust entity in the growing markets of automated software testing.
