PROHA PURCHASES TALOUSHALLINTA OY TILIKOLMIO Accountor Oy, a subsidiary of the Proha Group, purchases the entire share capital of the Finnish-based accounting firm Taloushallinta Oy Tilikolmio. The purchase is a part of Proha's growth strategy in the Financial Management business area and brings expert services of taxation into Proha's Internet Accounting Partner (IAP) services. Parties have agreed not to publish the exact purchase price. The Internet Accounting Partner (IAP) is a service that operates via the Internet and includes ASP, expert and outsourcing services. IAP services are offered by Proha's subsidiary, Accountor Oy. After the purchase, Proha's Financial Management operations employ a total of 160 people at different subsidiaries and associated companies in eight locations around Finland.
