PROHA’S MERCURY INTERACTIVE CO-OPERATION ENDS The co-operation agreement between Proha Plc and Mercury Interactive concerning the software testing tool representation in Finland has been cancelled as of December 31, 2000. As an international software company Proha is focusing its business on the field of e-management: Project management and Financial management. The agreement now cancelled did not enable broadening of the business outside Finland. The organisation responsible for Mercury Interactive co-operation within Proha Plc will be working with Proha’s own core products. It is not anticipated that the change would have an essential influence on the financial result in 2000. In 2001, this change is anticipated to have a positive effect on the result. This does not affect the operations of the testing centre in Savonlinna, Finland. Proha in a nutshell Proha is a fast growing, profitable, internationally operating software and services company. The business areas are Project Management, Financial Management and Internet Technologies. Along with the purchase of the American Artemis Management Systems in the summer of 2000 and the agreed European acquisitions in September 2000, the pro forma net turnover of the Proha Group will exceed FIM 500 million. Over 4/5 of the net turnover originates from outside Finland. The Proha Group employs over 600 people over 400 of which work in the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan.
