PROHA STOCK OPTIONS EXERCISED FOR SHARE SUBSCRIPTION

PROHA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT October 11, 2004 at 12.55 a.m. PROHA STOCK OPTIONS EXERCISED FOR SHARE SUBSCRIPTION A total of 500 Proha Plc shares were subscribed for with stock options. Based on these subscriptions the total increase of EUR 130,00 in Proha's share capital has been entered into Trade Register on October 11, 2004. Based on the 2002 Option Plan a total of 375 shares were subscribed for with stock options A and 125 with stock options B. The 2002 Option Plan was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 17, 2001. After the registration, the share capital of Proha Plc is EUR 15.916.620,20 and the number of shares is 61.217.770. The new shares include all shareholders' rights as from the registration date October 11, 2004. Proha has submitted an application for the new shares to be listed on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the other Company shares. The trading with the new shares will commence on October 12, 2004. Under the Proha 2002 Option Plan the subscription period for the stock options A began in April 2003 and for stock options B in April 2004.
