PROHA TO INVEST INTO IT BUSINESS GROWTH COMPANY WIDENE OY Proha has made a seed capital investment together with Eficor Oyj in an IT-field growth company Widene Oy. Widene is a start-up company specializing in the development of outsourced software and programming solutions for companies world wide. The amount of the investment will not be published, because it is small in respect of Proha's business. Proha has extensive software and product development around the world. Proha's product development centres are currently situated in the United States, the UK, Japan, Norway, and Finland. International outsourcing of components will speed up the product development, cut down the costs and add the flexibility of the product development. The investment in Widene increases Proha's available development resources and gives the opportunity to influence on the development of Widene's operations as a partner.
