PROHA WILL BECOME AN APPLICATION SERVICE PROVIDER IN JUNE 2000 Proha Plc will become an Application Service Provider in June 2000. In addition to Proha's own applications the first third party software included in the service will be Swedish Jeeves Enterprise system. This is a part of the ASP and sales co-operation agreed upon with Jeeves Information Systems Ab. ASP service will become a fast growing part of Proha's business in all of its three business areas. It will speed up the implementation of Proha's and its co-operation partner's applications and extend the range of use to new customers. At the same time with the ASP service, Proha's subsidiary Accountor Oy will start Internet Accounting Partner -service as a part of Proha's Financial Management business. In addition to ASP service, the Internet Accounting Partner-service includes outsourcing and consultancy services for financial management. Accountor Oy in a nutshell Accountor Oy is a fully owned subsidiary of Proha Plc that concentrates on Financial Management. Currently it employs 50 people.
