Rectification of the Proha Plc financial statement: Paragraphs of the Proha Plc financial statement February 22, 2001 9.05 am: FUTURE PROSPECTS and APPLYING FOR THE MAIN LIST OF THE HELSINKI EXCHANGES, INTERNATIONAL LISTING AND CHANGE OF NAME are rectified as follows: FUTURE PROSPECTS Proha lowered its objectives in organic growth from 25- 30% to 20% per year due to uncertain economical development in the United States and the delayed recovery of the Japanese economy. In the markets in question, sales times have lengthened and customers buy even more carefully. In the European markets, the prospects are still optimistic. Proha will continue to act as the promoter of structural changes in the field of project management and financial management. The Group structure will be developed through acquisitions, however, to a smaller extent than previous year. Project Management Proha will expand its product and service offering to meet the needs of the markets. In the year 2001, several new products will be introduced to the market that will have an influence on the company's sales already in the autumn of this year. The objective is to fully benefit from Artemis' global organization and distribution channel and to centralize and strengthen product development. The company is negotiating several agreements with the objective of acquiring a significant interest in international companies of the business area. The company believes the first agreements to be made already in the near future. Financial Management In the Financial Management business area, growth will be fast. Demand for outsourced services is expected to increase further, as larger companies begin to outsource their financial management. Electronic handling of invoices is an example of new services. The objective of the Financial Management business area is to grow internationally, Sweden being the first step. To strengthen the business area, the company also explores the possibility to make strategic arrangements related to the ownership. Proha's virtual management service, ProCountor.Com, will be launched during 2001. Its customer base will consist of accounting companies. The company is negotiating several agreements with the objective of acquiring a significant interest in domestic and international companies of the business area. In addition, the company explores the possibility to improve its international competitiveness by making strategic arrangements related to the ownership of the financial management business area by possibly acquiring strategic international partners as direct shareholders of the Proha subsidiary. Internet Technologies The organization of the Internet Technologies business area will be enhanced: Signed licence agreements will strengthen the product offering and bring new opportunities to integrated distributions. Focusing on supporting Proha's two other business areas continues. The operations of the ASP center are expected to grow and diversify during the financial year. Also in this business branch, strategic company arrangements for the improvement of competitiveness are negotiated. APPLYING FOR THE MAIN LIST OF THE HELSINKI EXCHANGES, INTERNATIONAL LISTING AND CHANGE OF NAME Proha is planning to apply to be traded on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange as soon as it is technically possible. The company is also planning an international listing. Negotiations with international financial institutions are expected to lead to strategic choices during the spring. The incorporation of the name Artemis as part of Company's business name has proceeded as planned. The changes are anticipated to be dealt with in the Annual General Meeting.
