The increase in the share capital of Proha PLC entered into the trade register

THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF PROHA PLC HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER The share trade that was agreed upon on February 14, 2000 with the owner of Accountor Oy has been brought to conclusion. The 225.000 shares issued to the shareholder of Accountor Oy in the special issue have been entered into the Trade Register on April 20,2000. The 5657 shares issued in the share and option issue offered to the personnel have been entered into the Trade Register on April 20,2000. After this registration the share capital of Proha Plc is 6.396.286,00 euros and the number of shares 4.920.220.
