THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF PROHA PLC ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER The 278,275 new Proha Plc shares that were offered to the shareholders of JST Investments Asia Pte Ltd, the parent company of PMsoft Asia Ltd have been entered into the Trade Register on January 5,2001. The shares have a restriction on the right of disposal. After the registration, the share capital of Proha Plc is EUR 13,774,384.00 and the number of shares is 52,978,400.
