THE OWNERS OF PMSOFT KOREA SUBSCRIBED THE SHARES OF THE DIRECTED ISSUE The minority shareholders of PMsoft Korea subscribed all the 36,130 Proha shares offered to them in the directed issue. The directed issue follows the deal closed on January 3, 2001 in which Proha acquired the whole share capital of PMsoft Asia and its subsidiary PMsoft Korea. After the registration of the subscriptions, the share capital of Proha Plc will be EUR 13,783,780.80 and the number of shares will be 53,014,530.
