INFORMATION ON OPUS360 CORPORATION'S (ARTEMIS INTERNATIONAL SOLUTIONS CORPORATION) THIRD QUARTER 2001 RESULTS Proha subsidiary Opus360 Corporation, d/b/a Artemis International Solutions Corporation, reported financial results for its third quarter 2001. For the first nine months of 2001, reported total revenue for the combined Artemis and Opus360 businesses was USD 50.4 million and reported net loss USD 17.1 million. The current period results reflect the inclusion of historical Opus360 Corporation operations from July 21, 2001, as well as consolidation of the Company's Asian (excluding Japan), Finnish,French, German and Italian Artemis subsidiaries since January 1,2001. The financial results and consolidation follow US accountingprinciples (USGAAP). Due to differences in accounting principles between United States and Finland, such as the handling of consolidation, the Artemis results are not comparable with the results reported by Proha in its interim report for January 1 - September 30, 2001, prepared in accordance with the Finnish accounting principles.
