THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF PROHA PLC ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER The total 812,920 new Proha Plc shares, that were offered in directed issues to the shareholders of Artemis International GmbH and Safran Software Solutions AS have been entered into the Trade Register on February 1,2002. The shares have a restriction on the right of disposal. After the registration, the share capital of Proha Plc is EUR 13.485.490,20 and the number of shares is 51.867.270.
