PROHUNT SELLS OFF ITS E-LEARNING OPERATIONS TO CONCENTRATE ON ICM SOLUTIONS Software company Prohunt AB, the Nordic region's leading supplier of holistic solutions in the area of competence, career and resource planning is selling off its e-learning operations, previously run by two companies within the Prohunt group. The operations are being purchased by the former management of Cyberlab AB in Östersund and Comenius AB in Kalmar. They have taken over ownership and responsibility for the operations as from 1 February 2001. The move affects around 40 of Prohunt's staff. "Demand for our solutions in our core area of ICM (Intellectual Capital Management) is so great that we have decided to concentrate fully on it," Prohunt CEO John Rittner says. "We are now able to focus more clearly on and react more quickly as regards our core activities; our web-based ICM platform of products to aid competence and career development as well as resource and capacity planning. Annual growth over the next few years in our home market alone, the Nordic region, is estimated at 50-60 per cent and our aim is to capture a greater share of the market." With our ICM platform, tried and tested working methods and consultant support, Prohunt offers large companies and organisations the unique opportunity to attract, develop, retain and evaluate co-workers and their skills. After selling off Comenius AB and Cyberlab AB, Prohunt will have a staff of about 80 in Stockholm, Göteborg and Oslo. Prohunt's partners include Posten AB, Telia, SAS Data, Swedish Match, Cell Network, IKEA, Norsk Hydro, FöreningsSparbanken and the Swedish National Tax Board.
