Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion

The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 18 000 class A shares to 18 000 class B shares.

Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In November 2019, 18 000 class A shares have been converted into 18 000 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.

After the conversion, as of 11/29 2019, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 shares and 73 142 393 votes, respectively. 5 398 524 of these shares are class A shares, representing 53 985 240 votes, and 19 157 153 are class B shares, representing 19 157 153 votes.
