Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion

The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 900 class A shares to 900 class B shares.

Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In April 2022, 900 class A shares have been converted into 900 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.

After the conversion, as of April 30 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 72 223 493, respectively. 5 297 424 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 974 240 votes, and 19 258 253 are class B shares, representing 19 258 253 votes.
