New Chairman of the Board of Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ)
Per-Arne Gustavsson has been appointed new Chairman of the Board of Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ). He was appointed by a unanimous Board of Directors and thus succeeds Per Göransson. As previously communicated, Helena Hed will take up the role of President and CEO on December 1, 2020.
Per-Arne Gustavsson founded Projektengagemang in 2006 and has since been active as President and CEO for two different periods. Since September 2019, he has been Acting President and CEO and is now succeeded by Helena Hed. Per-Arne has been on the company's board since 2018 and has been chairman of the board during the period May to September 2019. He succeeds Per Göransson, who as of December 1 will return to his role as board member. The appointment takes place in line with the decision from the 2020 Annual General Meeting that the board has the right to appoint another board member as chairman of the board.

Helena Hed was appointed new President and CEO on July 7 this year and will enter her position on December 1, 2020. Helena holds a Master of Science degree with long experience from the civil engineering consulting industry. For the past 15 years, Helena has worked in various managerial roles within the Sweco Group and most recently as Managing Director of Sweco Management.
