Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) signs an amendment to existing credit facility

Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) (Projektengagemang) has signed an amendment to its existing credit facility with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB). The facility extends until December 2026 and consists of bank loans and overdraft facilities with a total credit limit of SEK 163 million.

Projektengemang has now entered into an amendment to the existing credit facility agreement with SEB for a total credit facility of SEK 163 million through bank loans and overdrafts, as well as new covenants valid until 31 December 2026.

– The new agreement allows us to continue to develop the business and is an important basis for out long-term financing needs, says Liselotte Haglind, CFO of Projektengagemang.
