Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) signs new credit facility agreement

Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has signed a new agreement with SEB regarding credit facility. The facility is valid to December 2024 with the possibility of extension for another two years and consists of a bank loan, a revolving credit facility and an overdraft facility, with a total credit facility of SEK 309 million.

– The new agreement gives us the opportunity to continue to develop the business through acquisitions. Together with the results we have reported so far this year, we have financial strength and stability going forward, says Peter Sandberg, CFO.
