Londoners offered FREE boiler remote controller under “Boris boiler” scheme
Londoners who purchase a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W combi boiler can operate their heating from the sofa with a Vitotrol controller worth £190
Following the launch of the London Scrappage Scheme, dubbed the “Boris Boiler” scheme, leading German heating systems manufacturer, Viessmann has announced it will give away a free remote boiler controller worth over £190 with any Vitodens 100-W combi boiler, sold under the scheme.
The Vitotrol UTDB RF2 radio frequency remote controller provides access to all boiler control functions, shows a quick overview of the heating system and a precise temperature reading – from anywhere in the home. Its easy-to-read digital display screen allows people to precisely customise heating and domestic hot water programming. To prevent loss or tampering, the controller can be attached to a wall and there is a facility to lock control keys.
Darren McMahon, Viessmann’s marketing director says, “The London Scrappage Scheme is a fantastic way to encourage an overhaul of London’s outdated boiler stock that will, through the installation of modern, energy-efficient boilers, make a real impact on the capital’s carbon footprint. Viessmann is keen to support the scheme and give people control over their heating. That’s why we are giving away a free remote controller with any Vitodens 100-W combi sold under the scheme.”
