Banbury-based specialist PR and marketing agency, Propel Technology, has been shortlisted in this year’s Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards, the public relations professions’ most prestigious annual awards scheme.

Propel Technology is one of just six agencies shortlisted in the Outstanding Small Consultancy of the Year category. Seven hundred entries were received in total across 29 different awards. The company’s directors will be put through their paces in a face-to-face interview by a team of expert judges next month.

“Along with the whole team at Propel Technology, I am deeply happy to receive such recognition for our work at a national award level, and by such a respected industry body,” says director of Propel Technology, Claire Dumbreck.

“Being shortlisted alone is well-earned recognition for our team. We will do our best to impress at the interview stage, and also enjoy the process as this is a real first for the company.”

The winners of all 29 awards will be announced at the 29th CIPR Excellence Awards black tie dinner at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Monday 3 June.
