The Viessmann Group, one of the leading international manufacturers of heating systems, will for the first time demonstrate the benefits of its advanced renewable and CHP products at the European Bioenergy Expo and Conference (EBEC) (October 10-11, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire – stand C28).

Visitors on October 10thwill be able to attend a presentation entitled ‘The secret to improved ROI: why an increase in capital can lead to a better return on investment’ delivered by Viessmann Limited’s sales director, commercial and renewable products, Nigel Jefferson in the Biomass theatre at 3.30 pm Jefferson will discuss biomass boiler quality’s importance in delivering ROI under the RHI.

Renowned for offering a domestic or commercial heating solution for every fuel type, Viessmann will be displaying products from four renewable and combined heating and power (CHP) ranges. Representing two of the company’s most popular renewable technologies is the Vitosol 200-T heat pipe vacuum tube solar thermal system, which offers universal application through vertical or horizontal installation in any location, and the Vitocal 200-G brine/water heat pump (5.8 kW to 9.7 kW). With flow temperatures of up to 60 °C, the 200-G is also suitable for radiator heating systems. Other products on display include the Vitoligno 300-P fully automatic pellet boiler (4 kW to 48 kW) and Vitobloc 200 CHP, a gas driven combined unit which generates heat and power simultaneously.

“The Viessmann presentation at EBEC will provide the insight and expert tips installers need to ensure secure, quality products are specified for each project,” says Jefferson. “Despite the fact that correctly installed and maintained biomass boilers should last 20 to 25 years, many customers still shop with only the next 12 months in mind, choosing cheaper, inferior products.

“Together with our expert commercial and renewables teams, I am looking forward to engaging with attendees from all over the country and sharing with them our sustainable and energy efficient heating technologies.”

Viessmann will share its stand at EBEC with three sister companies within the Viessmann Group: Schmack Biogas GmbH, a leading provider of wet anaerobic digestion biogas systems; Bioferm, a specialist in dry anaerobic digestion biogas systems; and Carbotech, a pioneer in gas upgrading.
