2030 hrs March 27, 2010. Millions of people in all parts of the world turned off their lights for one hour - Earth Hour. This event was held in place to show the world that a solution to the threat concerning global warming is possible through collective action. ProQure showed their commitment and became a part of this historic moment. ProQure supported Earth Hour throughout week 12 where the company turned off all lights and electronic equipments in the evening. ProQures Management has also indicated that this will continue in the future as one of ProQures environmental targets. In addition, the company encouraged the staff to do the same in their private homes. The company also spread the information on to its customers and their Twitter and Facebook followers to join Earth Hour. Besides ProQure focusing on high quality entrance mats & mat services, the company shall constantly invest in a more environmental concious business.
