The first quarter is normally a high season for the entrance mat industry. It is a period in which the company's ability to distribute entrance mats is challenged. ProQure compiled the company's delivery performance during first three months of 2010 and showed a positive 94.6% delivery accuracy. The company goal is to hit 95% on time deliveries. During the high seasons this is such an uplifting outcome. For us internally, it shows good service planning; for our customers, this means continuity of high quality service, states Ryan Eriksson, ProQures Marketing and Sales Manager. This winter has been tough for our service department. Besides the snowchaos that struck large parts of Sweden, staff going on sick leave had also risen during this period. This affected the performance during the month of February where delivery performance got down to 92%, adds Ryan. ProQure and its service team, however, survived the pressure.
