Additional proposal to the Annual General Meeting regarding election of new board member Notification of Annual General Meeting in Protect Data AB was published March 11, 2003. In the notification, it was announced that shareholders representing more than 30% of the total voting rights in Protect Data AB intend to propose re-election of the board members Martin Bjäringer, Johan Brenner, Jonas Fredriksson, Roger Gullqvist, Harald Nilsonne and Carl Rosvall. Sven Hagströmer had declined re-election. As an additional proposal, the same group of shareholders will propose Ulrika Hagdahl as a new board member. Ulrika Hagdahl, born 1962, was one of the founders of Orc Software. Orc Software, which is listed on the Attract 40-list at Stockholmsbörsen, successfully develops and markets software systems for electronic trade of financial instruments. Ulrika Hagdahl has been employed at Orc Software since the company was established in 1987, and was managing director for 10 years. Her experience in managing a growth company operating in the software business, will be an important asset for Protect Data in general and for the Pointsec business area in particular. Ulrika Hagdahl will leave her employment at Orc Software as per April 1, 2003. Her other board memberships are in Orc Software AB, Orc ExNet AB and IP-Only Telecommunication AB.
