Information regarding Protect Data's warrant program

Protect Data’s warrant program 2001/2004 expired November 30, 2004. Total number of warrants amounted to 400.000, of which 365.000 were sold to employees at the time of grant. Of these 365.000 warrants, 334.700 have been exercised for subscription of the same number of new shares. Subscription price per share was SEK 52. In addition, 10.500 warrants from warrant program 2001/2006 have been exercised for subscription of the same number of new shares. These warrants have a subscription price of SEK 26 and the program expires February 28, 2006. The new share issues result in a total dilution of 3,2% and a capital increase to the company of SEK 17,7 M. After the issues, the total number of shares in the company amounts to 10.947.770.
