Protect Data appoints Chief Financial Officer

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, November 8, 2005 – Protect Data today announced the appointment of Lotta Jarleryd as Chief Financial Officer. She currently holds a senior management position with Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, and will join Protect Data on December 12, 2005. Lotta Jarleryd holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University and a degree in journalism. She also has professional experience as an authorized public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand, and as group controller for Observer, a company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
