World-leading car component manufacturer purchases the Pointsec® security solution - Order worth USD 650,000 over a three-year period The IT security company Protect Data's subsidiary Pointsec Mobile Technologies has signed an order for the supply of the security solution Pointsec® to a world-leading car component manufacturer. The world- leading car electronics group will protect its portable computers with Pointsec®. Delivery took place during December 2001, at which time USD 400,000 was also invoiced. In total, the order is worth USD 650,000 over a three-year period, including maintenance revenue "Over the past fifteen months, Pointsec Mobile Technologies has worked alongside the customer to ensure that they implement a solution which lives up to the Group's strict security policy.
