ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS ALPHA

Since Proventus Capital Partners Alpha decreased its contributed capital by SEK 20.7 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners Alpha participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to SEK 14,000 per participation loan debenture, and SEK 2.2 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 28 October 2020, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners Alpha participation loan debentures amounted to SEK 866 358 each. The calculated Net Asset Value takes the above-mentioned repayment and an updated valuation of the portfolio into account.
