ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS II

Since Proventus Capital Partners II decreased its contributed capital by SEK 30.3 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to SEK 2,857 per debenture and SEK 6 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 28 July 2020, the Net Asset Value of Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan debenture amounted to zero as the debentures were repaid in full.

Proventus Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. Proventus Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The number of debentureholders amounts to approximately 30.
