Announcement of the NAV of proventus capital partners III

Since Proventus Capital Partners III decreased its contributed capital by SEK 473 million through a repayment to debentureholders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners III participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to SEK 65,000 per series A participation loan debenture, SEK 1,625,000 per series B participation loan debenture and SEK 52 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 26 January, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners III series A participation loan debentures amounted to SEK 841,897 each, and the Net Asset Value of the series B participation loan debentures amounted to SEK 21,197,156 each. The calculated of the Net Asset Value takes the above mentioned repayment and an updated valuation of the portfolio into account.
