Since Proventus Capital Partners III decreased its contributed capital by SEK 104 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners III participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to SEK 9,000 per Series A participation loan debenture, SEK 255,000 per Series B participation loan debenture and SEK 11 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 28 July 2020, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners III Series A participation loan debentures amounted to SEK 404,261 each, and the Net Asset Value of the Series B participation loan debentures amounted to SEK 10,110,794 each. The calculated Net Asset Value takes the above-mentioned repayment and an updated valuation of the portfolio into account.

The Proventus Capital Partners III series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by Proventus Capital Partners III AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated via NGM in Stockholm.  The number of debentureholders amounts to approximately 50.
