PROVENTUS ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS ALPHA

Proventus today announces that, at the close of business on 30 September 2019, the Net Asset Value of Proventus Capital Partners Alpha participation loan amounted to SEK 988,196 per debenture.

No Ordinary Income will be distributed to our debenture holders for the third quarter. SEK 78,000 per debenture will be distributed as partial repayment of the debenture loan on 30 October 2019.

Alpha’s assets are composed of 100 per cent privately issued corporate loans.

During the quarter one private loan was fully repaid.
