PROVENTUS ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS II

Proventus today announces that, at the close of business on 31 March 2019, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan amounted to SEK 12,690 per debenture.

SEK 59 per debenture will be distributed as Ordinary Income to our debenture holders on 12 April 2019.

Proventus Capital Partners II’s assets are composed of 100 per cent privately issued corporate loans.
