PROVENTUS ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS III

Proventus today announces that, at the close of business on 30 June 2018, the Net Asset Value per participation loan debentures of Proventus Capital Partners III, is SEK 815,338 for series A and SEK 20,548,597 for series B.
No Ordinary Income will be distributed for the second quarter. SEK 154,000 per series A debenture and SEK 3,850,000 per series B debenture will be distributed as partial repayment of the debenture loan on 26 July 2018.
Proventus Capital Partners III’s assets are composed of 4.4 per cent publicly traded corporate bonds, and 95.6 per cent privately issued corporate loans.
During the second quarter, Proventus Capital Partners III invested in three new private loans and made add-on investments in four private loans. Two private loan investments were repaid in the beginning of the third quarter.
