PROVENTUS CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS II

Proventus Capital today announces that, at the close of business on 31 March 2020, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan amounted to SEK 13,567 per debenture.

SEK 354 per debenture will be distributed as Ordinary Income to our debenture holders on 16 April 2020. No partial repayment will be done for the quarter.

Proventus Capital Partners II’s assets are composed of 100 per cent privately issued corporate loans.

Proventus Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. Proventus Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The funds of Proventus Capital have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion and are managed by Proventus Capital Management AB, which is owned by management. Proventus AB, founded and owned by Robert Weil, is one of the largest investors in the funds of Proventus Capital. The Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan debentures are issued by Proventus Capital Partners II AB (publ) and are listed on the Debt Securities segment of Nordic Growth Market NGM in Stockholm.
