PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTERS III AB (PUBL) ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

Proventus Capital Partners III AB (publ) today announces that on 18 January 2017, the company will increase its contributed capital by SEK 606 million through the issuance of 414 series A participation loan debentures at a price of SEK 1,000,000 each and 5 series B participation loan debentures at a price of SEK 25,000,000 each and by an equity contribution of SEK 67 million from the owners.

The new debentures are subscribed for by existing debenture holders and will be registered in Euroclear around 25 January 2017. The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the first quarter 2017.

Including the newly issued debentures, Proventus Capital Partners III’s funding amounts to SEK 7,878 million comprised of series A participation loan debentures of SEK 5,382 million, series B participation loan debentures of SEK 1,625 million and SEK 871 million in equity.
