Proventus Capital first fund successfully closed

The first institutional fund managed by Proventus Capital Management AB has received repayment of its final investment and will now be de-listed from NGM Growth Market.

Proventus Capital, established in 2009 and fully invested in 2011, was raised in the light of the business’s sectors extensive need for refinancing and restructuring capital. Proventus wide experience from the corporate bonds market and restructurings of companies in need of change, but also broad network built its foundation.

As a consequence of the final repayment, the invested capital will be completely repaid on October 15 and the Proventus Capital debentures will be de-listed from the NGM Growth Market on or about October 30.

Proventus Capital Partner’s two remaining funds, Proventus Capital Partners II and III have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion.
